The King of Garlic and Dill ! . . . . 
Baked Fresh Dill and Garlic
This quantity is for 10 portions
There is a world of difference between fresh dill and baked dill:
The taste of the baked greens is more delicate, somewhat sweeter and satisfies all palates. 
In this recipe we will use stalks of fresh garlic, which are easily found during the summer months.
If you have come across this recipe during the winter months, you may use dried garlic, which gives more or less the same taste as the fresh garlic.
They are similar to leeks or large green onions, and it is highly recommended to get them if possible.
If not - you can use leeks instead.

What to purchase on your way to the supermarket or the market: 
 
  • 10 heads of dill garlic, without the stalks, halved
  • 6 -  8 stalks of garlic, or 10 cloves of garlic, or leek
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and coarsely ground black pepper
  • about 20 sage leafs
  •  
Optional:  1 glass of wine.
 
How to prepare effortlessly . . . .
Cut the heads of garlic into 4 sections
Cut the fresh garlic stalks into 2
This also refers to the leeks.
Place it on the clay bottom of the MicroJin.
Pour the oil over it, and sprinkle with save leaves.
If you want, you can also sprinkle the vegetables with white wine.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, until the dill is golden, and the garlic (or leek) softens.
Remove from the pot, cool somewhat, and serve a healthy meal, which is delicious and has an amazing aroma, in hardly any time at all.
 
How do you store the leftovers?
In the refrigerator, for up to two days.

With the aroma of orange, pecorino and herbs
Au gratin sweet potato, garlic and thyme
 
The classic gratin consists of thin slices of potatoes and cooking cream. This time it is sweet potato that prevails over the potato which is rich in starch. For those who prefer healthy cooking - this version of the recipe gives an orange taste with herbs, which replace the high-fat cream.
 
This is a light version for hot summer days, and for winter days as well.  A satisfying meal without the guilt, and it takes no time at all to prepare. It is possible to replace the sweet potato with ordinary potatoes, for those who don’t want to forego the starch content. 
Ingredients - including the ‘orange’
 
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil 
  • Salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 long sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into rounds, 1/2 cms thick
  • 80 grams of Pecorino cheese, coarsely grated
  • Leaves from 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 4 peeled cloves of garlic
  • 4 crushed cloves of garlic
  • A little freshly ground nutmeg

Easy to prepare:
One MicroJin cooking pot 
Arrange the potatoes to overlap like shingles and sprinkle evenly with pecorino cheese. 
In a bowl mix the olive oil, salt and pepper, thyme leaves, nutmeg and the crushed garlic
Taste and adjust the seasoning. Pour evenly over the sweet potatoes.
Place the whole cloves of garlic on the top, cover the MicroJin and place into the microwave for 20 minutes until the sweet potatoes have turned a golden shade.
